TownePlace Suites by Marriott Fayetteville Cross Creek

Overall a wonderful stay! We had originally booked one room for our small family, and decided we’d like two rooms instead. Katie was at the front desk, and quickly accommodated us, even giving us rooms close together, on the first floor, as we requested! Amanda kept breakfast options stocked and the coffee hot and fresh and was just a pleasure to chat with. The only reason for the four stars is that the rooms could use a refreshing - but that has nothing to do with the cleanliness! The rooms were spotlessly cleaned, beds comfortable, linens plentiful, air conditioning ice cold (love it), but the appearance of the rooms feel a little dated. Would absolutely return, thank you all for your hospitality!

Decided to take a quick teip.to Fayetteville to do some adventuring. TownePlcce is almost in the Sam's parking lot, had a Walmart and restaurants withing walking distance. Rooms are great with a decent kitchenette and a huge closet. Great service and I love they get the emploinvolved an have fun for the holidays. They have a mini Christmas tree decorating contest and there were some pretty creative trees. I like to workout when I travel and they had lower weights for women and tons of.free weights. It's cold outside, but looking at it, the outdoor pool looks nice. Good choice for my stay.

Stayed here before, glad to see that this is still nice and quiet place. Rooms are spacious and my favorite is large windows. Also mini kitchen is a huge plus. Love the convenience of Sam's in walking distance. Also, restaurants within walking distance as well

I had a great stay at the Marriott in Fayetteville. The room was very clean and came with a full mini kitchen including an electric stove, coffee machine, microwave, and full fridge. It was stocked with basic cooking supplies and dish soap which made it really convenient. The room also had a full desk which was perfect for setting up and getting work done. Breakfast was simple but good, and there was also a small concession area downstairs where you could grab snacks or a quick drink. The pool looked clean although I did not go in. The laundry room was clean and easy to use, and the gym was also clean though it was a bit smaller than the photos online show. Overall this was a great stay with everything you could need for both comfort and convenience. I would definitely recommend this Marriott for anyone visiting the area.

Great location. Wide variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Room service was excellent, they were always quick and on top of it. Pet friendly and they even cleaned up after our pet which was so nice! The room itself was so spacious and the front desk was always so helpful

Before I got on the highway I called the hotel & Katie answered in the most polite & professional manner. As a person who works in a hectic customer service field I appreciated that. Once I got there to check in she even more bubbly in person. She is a delightful person and assisted & answered any questions. Thank you Katie!

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel, and I truly want to recognize Katie B. and Dawn at the front desk for their outstanding service. As a travel nurse, my schedule can be long, unpredictable, and exhausting. From check-in to every interaction after, Katie and Dawn were incredibly welcoming, professional, and accommodating to my shift schedule. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress-free, always greeting me with kindness and genuine care. Their flexibility and willingness to work around my hours made such a difference. Whether it was assisting with early check-ins, understanding late arrivals after long shifts, or simply offering a warm and friendly presence at the desk, they consistently made me feel valued and appreciated. After working 12+ hour shifts, coming back to a place where the staff truly cares means everything. Katie and Dawn represent hospitality at its finest. I am so grateful for their exceptional service and highly recommend this hotel because of them!
